A tractor is usually the single most valuable thing on an Indian farm, and it spends its life doing exactly the work that damages machinery — heavy load, rough ground, long hours in the season and months standing idle out of it. Third-party cover is the legal minimum on a public road; comprehensive cover is what protects the asset itself.
We are not tied to one insurer. Tell us the tractor and we bring quotes from several, explain in plain language what each policy leaves out, and stay on the file if you ever have to claim.

Tractor Insurance — common questions
Is tractor insurance compulsory in India?
Yes. Under the Motor Vehicles Act, at least third-party insurance is mandatory for any tractor used on a public road. Without it you face a fine and remain personally liable for any injury or damage you cause.
Does the policy cover my trolley?
Not automatically. A trolley is a separately registered unit and needs its own cover; implements are usually added as an endorsement. Tell the advisor what you tow so the quote includes it.
Can I insure a tractor older than 10 years?
Third-party cover is always available regardless of age. Comprehensive cover on an older tractor depends on the insurer and normally needs a physical inspection, and the Insured Declared Value will be lower because the machine has depreciated.
