Our role

Tractor Kharido is an insurance web aggregator facilitator and does not underwrite any policy. Policies are issued by IRDAI-registered insurers. Premium shown anywhere on this site is an indicative estimate; the final premium, cover and terms are decided by the insurer and stated in the policy document. Please read the policy wording before concluding a sale.

Estimates on this site

The premium calculator and any figures shown on comparison pages are indicative estimates produced by a simplified model. They are provided to help you understand roughly what a policy should cost, and they are not a quotation, an offer or a commitment to insure. Only an IRDAI-registered insurer can quote a binding premium, and only the policy document issued by that insurer states the cover, exclusions, excess and conditions that actually apply to you.

Information about insurers

Claim-settlement figures, garage counts and starting premiums shown against an insurer are taken from that insurer's own published disclosures and change over time. We make a reasonable effort to keep them current but cannot guarantee they are the latest published figures. Verify anything you intend to rely on directly with the insurer before you buy.

Your information

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide — including your name, phone number and details of your tractor — in order to respond to your request. We share them with insurers and their authorised intermediaries for the sole purpose of preparing quotes and processing your policy. We do not sell your contact details to unrelated third parties.

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by us and our partners about that request by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, including where your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can ask us to stop at any time by calling the number in the footer, and you can ask us to delete the details we hold about you.

Trademarks

Insurer and tractor manufacturer names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. Their use here is for identification and comparison only and does not imply any endorsement, partnership or sponsorship beyond a distribution arrangement where one exists.

Liability

This site is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Tractor Kharido is not liable for any loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of an estimate, comparison or general information published here. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurer; disputes about cover or a claim are between those two parties, though we will assist you in pursuing them.
